VoicePro Technologies offers many different options for service and support:

Extended Warranty (3 year term)

This package is typically an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty offered at the time of purchase. It generally represents a discounted offer providing a guaranteed, locked-in cost for an extended period of time – a risk-free hedge against inflation. It’s designed to ensure maximum product care is provided for this set period. Because it includes all software* and firmware updates, it’s recognized as a plus to maximizing performance while minimizing risks for the consumer.

  • Prepaid but discounted rates
  • Includes all service requirements such as service calls, parts and software/firmware updates*
  • Priority call handling in queue
  • Both on and off-site service
  • Remote diagnostics – often first level attention – minimizing downtime
  • Service replacement loaners if product out of commission for 2+ days
  • No mileage charges (in town)

Annual Service Contracts (after warranty)

Similar to the Extended Warranty above, but billed on a per annum basis after warranty has expired. It is subject to annual inflationary adjustments.

  • Priority 1 service call queue
  • Includes all service requirements such as service calls, parts and software/firmware updates*
  • Both on and off-site service
  • Remote diagnostics – often first level attention – minimizing downtime
  • Service replacement loaners
  • No mileage charges (in town)

Support Only Contract

This package is designed specifically for those whose key interest is in software support only. It does not include hardware component repair. The provisions of online support for the needs of upgrades, software re-installs and aids in remote diagnostics. Corporate wide solution packages offered.

Billable Time and Services

Non-contract and billable charges are handled on a per hourly basis. Rates will vary dependent upon the type of product or service required. Mileage charges and travel time are applicable.
